The Empowerment Training Institute (TETI) is a Las Vegas, Nevada based 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Humanitarian Organization. The Empowerment Training Institute is a multi-faceted organization which provides a range of programs, services and opportunities primarily targeting: disadvantaged and underserved men, women, youth, and young adults of all ages, living in United States and internationally. Our programs will benefit families and individuals living in both urban and rural communities in the areas where they work and live.  The Empowerment Training Institute has plans to expand its programs and services into other countries, as the need for our services continues to grow.

  

The Empowerment Training Institute officially received its exemption recognition status in August 2020, our team has been working diligently within our communities for a couple of years providing basic education and training to those in need. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the need for our services has increased tremendously. With more individuals and families out of work, laid off, or just working part-time, their limited access to resources makes it difficult for them to get their basic educational needs met. The Pandemic has caused more people to reach out for help from government organizations and outreach programs to receive the valuable life sustaining food, clothing and education they have been missing all this time, especially for those individuals within the various disadvantaged and underserved communities worldwide.

He also worked as freelance developer and creator in Las Vegas. He has established several small online businesses in the

  

Sterlyn Smith for the last 25 years, has worked in the technical world as a support engineer and Senior IT Specialist for three corporate entities such as: JVC Disc America, Intel Corporation & Caesars Entertainment. He also worked as freelance developer and creator in Las Vegas. He has established several small online businesses in the past 10 years with experience writing business plans, project proposals and developing business budgets. His knowledge and experience has afforded him opportunities to consult in the corporate world.  Sterlyn holds credentials as a Electronic Engineer, Network Administrator, Certified IT Professional, Video & Audio Production Certificates and has worked as a volunteer with supporting local artist and creators within their various careers. Over the years, he has volunteered his time working in various other community outreach events such as: feeding the homeless with local churches in Sacramento, California. 


  

Sterlyn is the Author of, “Living Your Best Life Now” and “Getting Your Business On Track In The Digital Age,” released in August 2020. In his free time, he loves to travel and spend time outdoors in nature. He also loves to read the Bible and Empowerment books, and spending time with his family, relatives and close friends.

 Roderick Thompson, a native of Oakland, California is the owner of Alliance Courier and Litigation Support, Specializing in Attorney Services, Debt Recovery, Small Claims and Civil Judgments. Roderick is recognized by various faith based organizations for working with under privileged youth providing them with mathematics tutoring and va

 Roderick Thompson, a native of Oakland, California is the owner of Alliance Courier and Litigation Support, Specializing in Attorney Services, Debt Recovery, Small Claims and Civil Judgments. Roderick is recognized by various faith based organizations for working with under privileged youth providing them with mathematics tutoring and various technical skills. Roderick holds an Associate of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and a CompTIA IT Professional Certification. He is also Certified from Sharp, INC, for Digital Imagers and Network Support, managing over 135 networks and 10 employees. Roderick has gained 15 years of management & technical knowledge while working for JPS, troubleshooting electrical and computing problems within a network environment for 5 layer extrusion film equipment. In Roderick’s spare time he enjoys riding motorcycles, working out, personal training, and traveling with his family.

Inez have completed her AA Degree in Human Service, Chemical Dependency, and Liberal Arts at Consumnes River

And she has a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health Science at Grand Canyon University (GCU). Inez continues and is currently working on receiving her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling also at GCU. Inez’s goal is to provide services by offering Anger Management classes for individuals who are mandated through court, employment, CPS, probation, etc. TRANSOPP Specialty Services, www.transoppspecialtyservices.org will soon offer classes for parenting and domestic violence.
